Returns & Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

-Kicksleds

-Runners

-Multifunctional headwear

-Mushers Secret

_Outdoor Spray

-Specially ordered items

We do not refund shipping costs

Returned/ exchanged items must be dog hair free, clean, unused, and with original tags (if item had tags).

Return Process: 

Step 1: Send us a message notifying us of your return 

Step 2: Repackage your item and include a slip of paper with your order number, name, and reason for return

Step 4: Once we have received your item we will initiate the refund process. Refunds through Paypal process in 1-3 business days, Refunds through Square can take between 2-10 business days.

SHIPPING

Orders with a minimum order subtotal of $175 ship for Free within Canada & USA via Canada Post. Tracking numbers are sent to the email you provide us with at the time of ordering. Tracking numbers are sent via CanadaPost.

​

If an item is eligible, you may request to have it shipped via Canada Post letter mail for $3.00. Anything sent via letter mail is not tracked and will be shipped at buyers own risk.

​

ESLA Kicksleds are Pickup only items.

SIZING

We provide size charts for all items sold by the size. 

​

All size charts are in cm

​

Numbers not matching up? Re measure, and ensure your dog is standing straight. Pay attention to measurement instructions on the size chart page. Send us a message for our recommendation if you still aren't sure. It helps to include your dogs weight, and photos from the top, front, and side of the dog.
